Registration: 9:00am

Enjoy music by local piano students during the registration hour.
Admire trees “Adopted” by local schools and organizations, and decorated with handmade butterflies.
We expect over 1,000 walkers this year so plan enough time to sign in so you can receive your T-shirt, gift bag & event's bracelet.
This year we will provide an opportunity for team captains to pick up their team's gifts prior to event day. More information will follow.
You can register as "an individual" walking for the cause or as "a team" walking in support of a loved one.

The Walk 10:00am

The second annual walk will kick off at 10am with a brief welcome message to the walkers.
During that time, each child cancer survivor present on that day will be honored with a special gift on stage.
Then enjoy an inspirational 1 mile walk around the beautiful Cottell Park grounds lead by a local high school band.

The Fun Festival: 10:00am-2:00pm

The fun festival will kick off following the walk.
Bring the whole family and celebrate Mother's Day with your community
- Enjoy plenty of entertainment including:

· Appearance by the Mascot for the College of Mount St. Joseph

· A Live concert by “Time Bomb” starring Singer/guitarist Steve Davis, Joe Szwed on the Bass & Charlie Ehrhardt on the Drums

· Performances by Brad Eickhoff, The Magician

· Clowns doing balloon art and face painting

· Various animals including reptiles, pony rides, and petting

Have some fun with all the games and activities:

· Make a mother’s day card, memory bracelet & paint a flower pot and plant a seed for mom

· Play some games including inflatable slide and more.

· Try your luck to win some amazing raffle prizes including: Tickets to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra & Cincinnati Playhouse Theater, gift certificates to local businesses, Salon and Day Spas, Jewelers, Health clubs and much more. Don’t miss out on your chance on the opportunity for a one of a kind handmade baby quilt!

And don’t forget to enjoy the food:

·         Enjoy Hot Dogs provided by the Armour Eckrich “Fun House” mobile Hot dog truck
·         Quench your thirst with products donated by Pepsi Americas
·         Munch on a variety of snacks donated by ConAgra Foods
·         Treat yourself to Popcorn or an ice cream from "The Cone"!

Don't worry if you can't make it to the walk. You can still buy a wristband the day of the event and enjoy the entertainment, games and food at the festival.

Directions to Cottell Park, Mason, OH (Deerfield Township)

Route 71N, exit 19 (Mason Montgomery Road NORTH). 1 Mile turn left onto Deerfield Boulevard. Deerfield Blvd becomes Irwin-Simpson Road. Cottell Park, 5847 Irwin-Simpson Road is on the left 0.7 miles from Mason-Montgomery Road.
