Select this option if you would like to become a team captain of
a group of 10 or more participants. From here you will have the option to create your team, establish a fundraising
goal and then register yourself and up to 5 other members of your household.

Select this option if you would like to register to walk with a
pre-registered team. From here you can view the current list of team names & captains. Once you know your team name & captain you will be
directed to the Active.com registration page and you will have the ability to register yourself and up to 5 more members of
the same household.

Select this option if you would like to register for the event as
an individual walker. During the registration process you will be able to register up to 6 family members in one household.
If you decide to join or form a team at a later date, just email us at helpdesk@butterflywalk.com and we can make this change for you.

Select this option if you are not able to participate
the day of the walk but would like to make an online donation to the cause. If you are planning to register
for the event, you will have the option during the registration process to make an additional donation if you choose.

Select this option if you would like to make a donation
to a pre-registered team for the 2010 Butterfly Walk for CancerFree KIDS. If you are planning on creating or
joining a team, you will have an option during the registration process to make an additional donation if you choose.

if you would like register or donate by mail instead of online. Simply fill out the necessary information on the
registration form or pledge coupon and mail it in along with your payment. Your forms need to be received by April 23rd,
2010.
